The spicy chilli, garlic and pepper oil from Llàgrimes del Canigó is made with extra virgin olive oil with Argudell olives grown in fields of the Alt Empordà. When extracted cold, it achieves a flavour rich in aromas and very balanced. Along with garlic, peppers and cayenne we add a spicier, more intense and seasoned flavor that makes it a perfect companion for pizza, pasta and meat, although it can be used in all kinds of recipes.
