Oh so good!  Creamy. Fluffy. Chocolate Chips, need I say more?

This fluffy dip is so simple a kid can make it!  This is a favorite of children and adults and can be used so many ways.  A great simple dip for fruits, animal crackers, graham crackers, teddy grahams, or as a pie too.  Makes wonderful freezer cookies too for a cool summer treat.
